This song tells the real-life story of a courageous survivor of c h i l d trafficking, who fought through unimaginable adversity to reclaim her life. As she transmuted her trauma into love, the song emerged as an inspiring testament to human endurance. Created to mirror the powerful healing journey, Diamond In The Rough taps into the unconscious mind, helping listeners realize that no matter what obstacles they face, they are truly unstoppable.
When I began my coaching practice, my first official client revealed to me that she was a survivor of C h i l d $@x Tr@fficking as a child, and Hum@n Tr@fficing as an adult. During our time together, she revealed that she had endured 32 years of enslavement and was still being pursued by a dangerous man from the UK who believed that he still owned her. Witnessing her transform that deep trauma into love, as my team and I helped her heal and escape her abusers, was both incredible and overwhelming—it nearly broke me.
This song is her story, and it’s meant to inspire you to find the hero within, empowering you to overcome any challenge you face in this journey of life.
As I unraveled the deep layers of brainwashing her abusers had instilled to control and manipulate her, I had to master the skill of breaking hypnosis. Our sessions were often filled with intense emotional triggers, making progress challenging. At one point, she was even abducted by her abuser @ gunp@int, during a coaching session!
But don’t worry, we all made it through safely!
You’ll have to wait for the full documentary, coming out in late 2024, to hear the rest of her incredible story.
